Yoga is a personal passion
“I strive to find harmony between body, soul and mind…it’s about finding simplicity and inner peace on and off the mat.”

Marcia Cameron
Although a babe to the world of Yoga, Marcia is a firm believer that Yoga is life and can reach everyone if we are open and receptive to it. It is a powerful practice that extends beyond the asanas and it is highly transformative. Through peaceful movement on the mat, ordinary spiritual practice supports extraordinary happiness off the mat. Marcia uses music in all her classes as a conduit to support mindfulness in the flow of each class. It helps with pacing and connection of breath to movement and the shifts in energy as one flows through a sequence. Marcia is a Certified 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
